These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging programs operated by Well TRVL’d Magazine (“Well TRVL’d”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these terms carefully before consenting to receive text messages.

1. Description of SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases

Well TRVL’d Magazine operates an SMS messaging program designed to communicate with readers, luxury travel advisors, and boutique hoteliers who have submitted inquiries or expressed interest in our print publications, digital storytelling, and advisory community.

Specific Messaging Use Cases:

Inquiry & Discovery Status Updates: Confirming receipt of your contact form, survey submission, or Haute Hotel inquiry, and delivering status updates from our editorial team.
Appointment & Consultation Reminders: Date, time, and link confirmations for scheduled calls with our publisher, editorial curators, or partnerships team.
Order Fulfillment Alerts: Shipping updates, package tracking, and delivery notifications for print magazine copies and subscriber welcome packages.
Customer Support: Timely answers to your questions submitted through our contact page or directly via text.
Editorial & Promotional Alerts (Optional): Notice of quarterly print release dates, limited-edition runs, webinar registrations, and community announcements (only sent if express marketing consent was provided).

2. Instructions to Opt-Out (‘Text STOP’)

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Well TRVL’d Magazine at any time. Opting out is automated and immediate:

How to Cancel Messages:

Reply STOP to any text message received from Well TRVL’d Magazine. You can also reply with CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After you text STOP, we will send you a single SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our SMS messaging list. After this confirmation, you will receive no further SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, you can opt back in by submitting an inquiry form with SMS consent checked.

4. Message Frequency & Cost

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and active subscriptions. For marketing alerts, messages will not exceed four (4) per month.

No Fee Charged by Us: Well TRVL’d Magazine does not charge a fee for receiving text messages, but charges from your mobile operator may apply.

5. Supported Carriers & Liability

Our SMS messaging program is supported on all major US and Canadian wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and regional carriers.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider / network operator.
